Galway Bloggers Party

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of attending the Galway Bloggers party, my first ever event of this kind.

I arrived at the location, the House hotel just after 1pm to a lovely goodie bag and a name tag. The goodie bag included products from Love my Figure, Love my Fashion, John Freida, Cotton Face Vintage and Blank Canvas Cosmetics.

I was quite nervous as I did not know anyone but I put myself out there and got to chatting with the other bloggers.

There was stalls and pop up shops from local business for all of us to browse; Captain Tortue Group GalwayCotton Face Vintage and  Benefit and Urban Decay at Debenhams, Galway.

To my delightful surprise a fashion show kicked off at around 2:30pm. Collections featured included Cotton Face Vintage, Captain Tortue Galway, Sunny Juddy DesignsPortobello ClothingMary White Millinery and the first exclusive look at Rebecca Horgan’s new Brutal Glory.

We then got even more spoilt with a raffle,  which was sponsored by Miss LuxeThe Zipyard GalwaySecret Fashion Fixes and Captain Tortue Galway.  I didn’t win anything unfortunately. Next time 😉

I must admit the highlight of the day for me had to be meeting all the other bloggers and swapping business cards. I also got lots of compliments on my own business cards, so a big thank you to Greg from for taking the lovely image and creating the design for me.

And finally a massive thank you& congratulations to Rebecca Casserly from Bec Boop Fashionista World for organising such a fabulous event. I really enjoyed the afternoon and I’m already looking forward to the next one!

Stay beautiful,
